Mr. Beatty is the Managing Director of Laguna Asset Management, Inc., a sister company that manages the properties held by Laguna Asset Partners. Mr. Beatty, who has an extensive background in all aspects of real estate sales, financing and management, has been in the industry since 1986 during which time he has supervised all aspects of property management including property sales and acquisitions, asset management, day-to-day operations of thousands of spaces and the sale of hundreds of manufactured homes throughout the Southwestern United States. Mr. Beatty is a graduate of the University of Nevada, is happily married and the proud father of two children.

McKay Florence
Chief Financial Officer. Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Florence oversees acquisitions, financing, asset management of the company’s holdings and investor partner relations. He has been involved with the manufacturing housing industry since 1988 during which time he has brokered over 100 mobile home park transactions, provided financing on dozens of transactions, participated in park management and has participated as a principle partner on the purchase of over thirty properties. Mr. Florence graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Administration. He has been happily married since 1985 and the proud father of five children.

Norma Saville
Executive Assistant to Mr. Beatty and Office Manager, has been with Laguna Asset Partners Inc. since 2011. Ms. Saville provides support to Mr. Beatty, manages the corporate office and oversees third-party contracts. She has worked in the property management industry for over seventeen years in a variety of capacities from administrative assistant to accounting.

Partner Relations Liaison and Executive Assistant to Mr. Florence, has been with Laguna Asset Partners, Inc. since 2015. Ms. Jerd manges the Northern CA office, holds a current real estate license and has over 25 years’ experience in office administration.

Gina Miller
Senior Accountant, has worked for Laguna Asset Partners, Inc. since 2021. Ms. Miller oversees all aspects of financial reporting for the company. Gina has over 30 years’ experience in the accounting field and has worked in a variety of industries, such as property management, healthcare and resale.
